Top Gospel musician Jimmy Gait has hinted at retirement from the music industry.
In an exclusive interview with Kiss FM on Tuesday, the musician said that he has released his last song, adding that he will soon hang his boots after more than a decade in the entertainment scene. The singer also revealed that he bound to release a song he had shot during his stay in India where he went to seek treatment.
“The song that I shot in India is the last one, but I will announce future plans once the video is out,” he said.
The singer also said that he has decided to take some time off the music scene so that he can rethink about his personal life outside the public domain. He went ahead to reveal that the upcoming song is a praise hit.
The Huratiti hitmaker said that he is glad that God has been faithful to him since he entered the entertainment and all he can do it praise Him with all his heart and mind.
He also narrated how the long battle with illness has seen him grow in terms of faith, adding that he is now spiritually more mature than before.
