Kisii County Assembly Deputy Speaker Davins Onuso is not a happy man as he spent a night in police custody after his arrest on Wednesday afternoon.
A move to arrest Onuso who is also the Masige East MCA was reached after he allegedly incited the members of his ward to demonstrate.
His troubles began on Tuesday after he was arrested for threatening Principal Cyrus Ochoke of Kiobegi DEB Secondary School for poor performance in last year's KCSE results.
It is reported that Onuso mobilised the villagers to storm the school at a funeral that he had attended.
He had also crippled activities in the County offices before he was arrested and taken to Nyangusu police station where he was released on bail.
On Wednesday, the MCA incited Boda Boda operators to storm the school but his attempts proved futile as he was arrested.
Nyamache Sub-County Police Commander Stephen Obara, admitted that Onuso was released on a cash bail on Tuesday and was ordered to appear on court but went ahead and committed the same offence.
"He has a right to be released on cash bail but he has proved to be a risk. Let's prevent further damage. He will appear in court on Thursday," said Obara as quoted.
