Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has trained his guns at the Kenyan media over its coverage of a High Court order on his return.
Writing on Twitter as reports of his return trickled out, the lawyer appeared to question the media's interpretation of the order, taking issue with the wording of the coverage, saying that it was an indication of the desperation of the media.
He also appeared not pleased by the pictures that were being used by the media of him ahead of his anticipated return.
His anger came in the form of a reply to a Star Newspaper tweet on his return.
"Add the operative word - UNCONDITIONALLY. The cartel media is desperate. Of all the tens of thousands of images they have of me, look at the two they are using. Your message is crystal clear. You are quacks working for despots and their conman enablers, " Miguna Miguna fired.
Miguna is expected back in the country on Tuesday.
His return will come over a year after he was forcefully deported to Canada after a standoff with immigration authorities.
He was targeted by law enforcement authorities for the role he played in administering an oath to ODM leader Raila Odinga.
