Bahati on Wednesday took to his Instagram page where he thanked God for the great milestones he has achieved.

"At Times When I Look Back at where God Picked me from... Just a Kid from the Slums, Releasing my National First Hit #MAMA that put me in the History books when I sat on the President's Seat. When I look at the Seasons and Challenges I have been Through as an Artist at my Young age"Just 26"- Many Don't Believe that God has still Preserved Me a Position at the Top. (What God has Blessed No Man Can Curse) What Many Don't Know I had a Desire of Raising a Family," wrote Bahati.

The gospel artist who is expecting his second baby with his wife Diana Marua noted that it is a miracle for him to be called a husband and father.

"Yes because I lost my Parents at Very Tender age and I ended up in the hands of different people Later in a Children's Home so Been Called a Husband or a Dad Today is a Miracle. (Glory to JESUS). But to Cut the Long Story Short- I AM NOT PERFECT, I HAVE NEVER BEEN PERFECT and the Reason I Received Christ is Because I am Still Working Towards Perfection. And Today I Premier Another Piece for the One that Seats on the Throne #GOD; about HIS Goodness, Grace & Favor in My Life Despite My Imperfections. I am Not Righteous Just a BLESSED SINNER!!! (Romans 3:23 - All Have fallen Short of His Glory)," he added.

The artist also has a reality show that airs on NTV which has earned him praise and criticism in equal measure.
