Nyali member of parliament has asked the Kenyan Government to return to Miguna his passport as he was taken from him in Kenya . He was reacting to a phone interview at the Citizen TV hosted by Jeff Koinange where he had both Miguna and Oguna on phone .
"Oguna is now looking like a clown. The Kenya govt has lost its moral authority on the Miguna issue. @MigunaMiguna can acquire his Passport in Kenya. It was taken from him by force return it and respect the Court", he posted
Miguna who has found himself in a circus with the Kenyan Government dismissed claims by the government's spokes person Cyrus Oguna that his passport had expired .
He asked him to obey court orders .Oguna encouraged Miguna to visit Kenyan embassy abroad to obtain a passport that will enable him to travel .
Earlier today Oguna had said that the Kenyan government was not to be blamed for Miguna's woes as it's not responsible .Miguna was ejected from France Airbus on Tuesday just before take off with the plane operation saying the government had given orders for Miguna not to be ferried home .
Oguna further confirmed that the government was ready to facilitate Miguna's return only if he has valid travel documents .
