Attraction is key in every marriage. When you feel attracted to your partner and they feel attracted to you too, things flow smoothly.
However, without attraction, the marriage becomes boring. So how do you know you are killing attraction in your marriage?
1. You don't give each other quality time
You get to attract each other when you spend quality time creating new memories. Memories create lifetime attraction. This means when you don't spend quality time together as a couple, you can hardly create memories.
This in turn creates wide emotional distance between the two of you. Strong bonds and attractions are grown through memories created by two people in love.
2. Lack of intimacy
Intimacy doesn't have to be sex. It can mean emotional closeness, physical closeness, listening to each other and nurturing the bond that keeps you together all the time.
General intimacy creates attraction unlike living like strangers. Remember that regular sexual intimacy is not an exception.
3. You don't share your feelings
Before you got married, you used to exchange a lot of "I love you" words. However, this stopped upon marriage.
If you keep your feelings to yourself then how will your partner know you love them? Sharing your feelings keeps you attracted to each other as opposed to assuming that they know you love them.
