1. Mombasa Elephant Tusks
The giant pair of Elephant tusks is found along Moi Avenue and is one of the main site attractions in the coastal city of Mombasa. The tusks were built in 1956 in honour of Princess Margaret’s visit to Mombasa.

3. Mombasa Old Town
Old town covers about 180 acres with predominant ancient buildings that define the city’s history. It comprises of Arabs, Asians, British and Portuguese as well as local inhabitants. The area has unique narrow streets, ancient buildings and artefacts shops that attract tourists like you.
4. Fort Jesus Fort Jesus
This is one of the most visited historical sites in Mombasa. The gigantic structure which lies in the CBD next to Old Town was constructed in 1593-1596 by the Portuguese. It is the best place to learn about the history of Mombasa.
5. Akamba Handicrafts
Located off Port Reitz Road in Changamwe area of Mombasa,
This is the largest cooperative society that has employed numerous skilled locals in Port Reitz, Changamwe. The self-employed skilled locals here craft animal carvings, human sculptures, decoratives, masks and ornaments.
