Many women still don’t know how to tell if they are pregnant without testing. There are many body changes that could tell a woman is pregnant. However, if you are not keen, you might not see these changes as some of them are not common in all women. Normal signs of pregnancy include lack of periods and cravings, however, there are other weird signs that will occur in a woman’s body. Your sleeping pattern changesYou will experience change of sleeping patterns all of a sudden. If you used to sleep a lot, you will lack sleep and keep on rolling and turning on the bed. You will go through what is called a phase of insomnia. Before adapting to this change, your sleeping pattern will change into a deep comma-sleep. Difficulty in breathing will be commonly characterized by loud snoring.
SweatingUncomfortable sweating will start all of a sudden. This will occur all over your body even after taking a shower. This is due to the extra blood pumping through your veins that will make your body excrete sweat in an unusual way.
Bad taste in the mouthDuring early months of pregnancy, a woman might lose appetite due to a bad taste in her mouth. This is called dysgeusia which makes food unappealing. Most women eat “soil” to improve their mouth taste.
A white dischargeA woman might release a white and sticky discharge from her vagina. This will be heavy and sticky. Usually, this is associated with an increased hormone level in her body.
Breasts leakIf your breasts small amounts of clear fluid, this is a clear sign you are pregnant. This is usually common in early stages of pregnancy. This condition is called colostrum.
