Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho is a darling to many.

The Sultan, as he is popularly referred to, is known for his lavish lifestyle.

The outspoken county boss is said to have investments in various sectors including shipping and logistics, manufacturing, environmental management, and healthcare.

Here are five expensive things owned by Joho.

1. Mansion in Nyali

Joho owns a luxurious villa located in Nyali, Mombasa. The palatial home boasts an extensive cabro paved driveway and a well-manicured lawn. The house, which is located next to the beach, is reported to cost Sh390 million. 

2. Eurocopter


Governor 001 recently purchased a Eurocopter to ease his movement in the county. The helicopter is reported to cost Sh300 million.

3. Expensive car collection

The Governor owns a Bentley Bentayga Diesel estimated to cost Sh21 million. Joho is also said to own a Ferrari, Rolls Royce, and Porsche Cayenne.

4. Hublot Bigbang Rosegold wristwatch


Joho owns a Hublot Bigbang Rosegold wristwatch said to be worth Sh2.1 million. The wristwatch is partly hand-made and consists of diamonds and gold.

5. Louis Vuitton sneakers

Joho has expensive taste in shoes. He recently set the internet abuzz after he stepped out wearing Louis Vuitton sneakers worth Sh92,000. The Governor, who has an exquisite sense of fashion also owns a pair of Gucci sneakers worth Sh60,000 and Lo-Top sneakers worth Sh33,000.
