Don’t drink water immediately after meals: Most people do this, while some drink water when eating. Water dissolves the digestives enzymes which makes it hard to digest that food you have just eaten. Always take 30 minutes before drinking water after meals.
Avoid eating burned meat: Many people love burned meat. However, they don’t know that burned meat produces chemicals that trigger cancer and some heart diseases.
Avoid using a lot of cooking fat: Some cooking fats brands are very unhealthy for your body. However, when such cooking fat is used in small quantities it helps you avoid such complications such as heart diseases and weight related issues.
