Foods with garlicFoods made of garlic as ingredients should always be avoided or eaten in small quantities during dates. Garlic has intoxicating scent that once eaten, it will be emitted from your mouth when talking. Garlic eaten in small quantities can be washed away by rinsing your mouth with water.

Foods with raw onionsOnions contain sulfuric compounds. When you eat onions, especially raw onions they will be absorbed into your bloodstream and spew out hot breathedness. Your date will hate this as no one ever like having the smell or someone else near them having it.

Milk and milk productsDairy products contain amino acids. When you consume any milk product, bacteria in your tongue will feed on the amino acids in these products leaving you with a funky stale milk breath.
