Carrot juice

Carrots are good for the body in that they are body cleansers. Taking at least a glass of carrot juice daily especially in the morning will help remove all toxic substances from your body. Besides, carrots have vitamin A which is important for vision and vitamin E which is important for the heart and eyes too.

Orange juice

In fact, this is the type of juice that should be on top of your list. It contains vitamin C which is important for the immune system. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid is the primary antioxidant in the body and neutralizes free radicals before they can do damage to the body. You should, therefore, consider taking at least a glass of orange juice daily. 

Apple juice

Apple juice contains iron. Iron is a mineral responsible for blood formation. Our blood is primarily made of iron and apple juice contains lots of iron which can protect your body from becoming anaemic. While preparing apple juice you are advised not to get rid of the seeds as they have high concentrations of iron.

Pineapple juice

Among fruits, I bet pineapple shines at the top when it comes to sweetness. Well, that is the first reason why you should take this juice. However, the most important in drinking this juice is because it contains vitamins C, E and K. Vitamin K is important for wound healing.
