Stalking on social Media especially on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat has been made so easier, just a button click and there you go. After lovers breaking up, their first next move is to find out how the ex is doing. Stalking starts the following day after the break. The trend among lovers is not wise, it is one of the wrong turns in love.
I have listed 5 major reasons why one should not stalk his/her ex:
You are holding on pain
Keeping on looking at your ex will only cause you pain. One can emotionally feel the pain to see his or her ex posting how he is happy in honeymoon while you are still single.
You cannot move on
People might be approaching you on daily basis, but you just cannot do any of them, not because they are not worth, but because of that single thing, ‘stalking your ex’. You just have to stop it and ‘moving on’ will be attainable.
You will be limiting your happiness
Keeping on stalking your ex-means you are following to know his/her progress, and because he or she is your ex, or rather your enemy, any positive moves will make you unhappy. If your ex can post any valentine’s updates you will remember your last moments with him or her.
You will be wasting your time
Social Media waste much time for many people, you can spend the whole day trying to find out what your ex is doing, with who, where and when. You need to stop.
You will be embarrassing yourself
Following somebody’s life like you are a criminal investigating officer will only embarrass you at the end of the day. Focus on something else.
