Nairobi city is full of beautiful and lively women. They are what keep the city alive all day long. However, many women are living lives full of stress due to various life encounters they go through every day. Some of these things are affecting their lives to an extend that they lose track of life and engage in unwanted activities like prostitution, drugs and even alcohol. Here are common things that cause stress among city women:1. Unfaithful husbandUnfaithfulness is a relationship is very painful. It is hard living with someone you know doesn’t care about you anymore. Worse, is when you realize your husband has several “mpango wa kando” around the city. This causes a lot of stress among women who go through many things in dealing with unfaithful husbands. Some even engage in unworthy activities in a bid to take revenge only to be causes more harm on themselves. 2. Bully bossesPeople around the city have different characters. However, meeting a bullying boss is the worst thing. Women who are always known to be humble and quiet being, are the main victims of bully bosses. You can’t image giving everything at your place of work and still your boss cannot appreciate you, instead harass you for other petty issues. Such things cause a lot of stress among women with a faint heart.3. Family membersMany people in the city live with their extended family members. Be it your brothers, sisters, cousins or even your parents, this has caused a lot of stress to some women who are not in good terms with such people. They are always intimidated in their own house, and even their husbands can’t help them solve their differences instead they blame them for their differences with his family members. 4. WorkThe city life is not easy if you cannot find something to give you some cash. Unlike men, women are very choosy in what work they can and can’t do due to their “weak” nature. However, some women have to do some of hard works around the city to earn a living. It became very stressful each time they think of going to work. Some work in areas they are never interested in or have a passion in. They struggle with such works just for the sake of earning a living.5. ChildrenMany people around the city are living with their children. Due to the busy schedules and plans for life for the city people, they spend less time with their children. Many children are engaging themselves in several illegal activities around the city that are costing their health and lives. This has become a concern to many mothers who feel pain in realizing their children are being lost in such unworthy activities like drugs, alcohol, gambling and even prostitution.
