What you do daily will either make or break you. You need to practice a good lifestyle if you want to become successful in life. Here are five things not to do immediately after you wake up.

1. Skipping breakfast

Breakfast is one of the most important meals in a day. Never make a mistake of not taking breakfast before leaving your house. Breakfast gives you the energy to move on and work even harder in a day. Ensure you eat healthy breakfast.

2.  Not stretching

It is a grave mistake to forget stretching whenever we wake up in the morning. The muscles often sleep as we go to rest as well. Stretching awakens them. Make sure you stretch before doing anything else after waking up.

3. Checking your phone

Most of us often reach out to our phones as soon as we wake. Owning a smartphone does not necessarily mean you should use the same daily.  You should do something else before picking your phone.

4. Leaving your bed unmade

Most of us jump out of our beds like birds. It is bad manners to leave the bed unmade. Make sure you stretch the bed before leaving your house.  It makes you a bad person when your bedroom is ever organized.

5.  Smoking

There many people who are addicted to smoking. Both men and women smoke cigar. Do not wake up and go to smoke behind your house immediately.
