Trust is what builds and binds people together in a relationship. Relationships hardly work with little or no trust. For your relationship to work, you have to ensure trust is at its maximum.
You break trust with your partner when;
1. You don't express your feelings
Failing to express your feelings to your partner causes an imbalance in trust. If your spouse trusts you with the most intimate details of their lives and you don't do the same then be sure you are breaking the trust in your relationship.
2. You don't listen
You are going to mess the trust in your relationship when you don't listen to your partner. Changing the subject or interrupting them whenever you are arguing will make them not trust you.
3. You are ever late
If you never show up, text or call when you say you will then be sure your spouse's trust for you is fading. Being on time is a challenge but try as much as you can to fulfill your promise.
4. You are judgemental
Your partner will find it hard to confide in you when you are so judgemental especially when there are crucial things to share. They won't tell you some things simply because you are so judgemental.
5. You are super emotional
Being too emotional is good, however, it can be a cause of mistrust depending on your partner's perspective. When you are too emotional, your spouse will find it easier to keep things from you rather than let them be known to you since you will be upset.
