Below are some of the tips that can help you avoid giving birth by CS;

1. Be wise in choosing your doctor

You should wisely choose a doctor from the point of conception until the time of delivery who will gather all the knowledge of your pregnancy to avoid rushed decisions at the eleventh hour. Choose someone who is knowledgeable and patient with a good track of normal deliveries to guide you all through until delivery.

2. Communicate effectively

Effective communication is so important as the doctors will know the actual state of your pregnancy from what you tell them about and from their own medical tests. Talk about your past clinic visits and the results obtained from them, seek advice on how to deliver normally. Don't decide to go for CS whereas you have the energy to push your baby and give birth normally.

3. Ignore myths

There are a lot of myths about pregnancy that may storm you with fear and anxiety. To avoid these, seek advice from elderly women who have given birth normally a number of times with the best experience on giving birth. You have to know that pregnancy is unique to every woman.

4. Exercise

Exercises are important for pregnancy. However, pregnancy has its own exercises by which the normal delivery process is enhanced. Do light exercises ad directed by the doctor to lead an active life. Try light morning or evening walks to keep your weight on the watch.

5. Sitting, standing, lying postures

Your sitting, standing and lying postures will keep on changing as your baby grows. Make sure you adhere to the baby's growth by sitting, standing or lying with the most comfortable posture to avoid disturbing the baby's posture. You can discuss this with your doctor.
