1. Severe headache

4. Drowsiness
Another sign and symptom of a brain tumour is drowsiness. This is where one feels extremely sleepy and lethargic. This feeling is usually persistent even in the morning when you've just woken up. Sometimes you could also find trouble falling asleep because of brain alterations.
5. Unexplained blurring of vision or double vision especially on one side
The brain responds to a tumour by affecting your vision either by making you see single things as two or things appear smokie. You might think it's a problem of the eye but this could be a sign of a brain tumour.
