Alpa Patel, PhD, a strategic director of Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS-3) at the American Cancer Society, after conducting a research on the effects of exercises when it comes to cancer prevention, established that workouts are of great importance. 

Here are the cancers you can prevent by exercising alongside eating healthy

1. Breast cancer

This cancer accounts for most deaths in women. After a study that was conducted by the Journal of National Institute of Cancer, it was discovered that you can bar this disease by jogging, running and considering press ups.

 2. Prostate cancer

It is common among old men and rare in young people. You can lower the risks of falling victim to this malady by embracing workouts

3. Lung cancer
