The vocal MP has argued that it will be difficult for the President to run the government with a divided Cabinet.

Speaking on KTN's Check Point show on Sunday, Kuria said it will not be possible for President Uhuru to implement the government's agenda when his Cabinet is divided.

Kuria based his argument on Deputy President William Ruto's alleged assassination plot that has seen four cabinet secretaries linked to claims. He opined that the Head of State will have no option but to dissolve the Cabinet and restructure it for the government to achieve its goals.

"Actually I admit all is not well... I don't know how the Cabinet is going to perform on current circumstances. I think the way this investigation will go is a turning point. The country is at crossroads and the most likely thing, if you asked me, is that the President will have no option but to dissolve the Cabinet and reconstitute it," said Kuria.

The lawmaker argued that it would be difficult for President Uhuru to chair Cabinet meetings if the current issues are not resolved.

"You can imagine on one side it is going to be a pack of 'murderers' and on the other highest end is going to be the target of the murder plot and then the President says ladies and gentlemen let us reason together," added Kuria.

Kuria further noted that the dissolution of Cabinet should be done soon so that the government does not remain untenable.
