Rapper Octopizzo has said he is planning to go back to church.
The rapper revealed that he never goes to church because pastors never stop judging because of his dressing style.
However, the rapper has come out and is here to make a change over a section of his past, including going to church to pray and help control suicide among the youth.
Speaking on Wednesday at a Headspace254 event that was held at the Kenya Cultural Centre, Octopizzo said he is planning to pray from church regardless of how pastors will judge him.
"I do not go to church because I always feel judged but I want to go back and start praying to God, not as a person packaged by pastors," said Octopizzo as reported by Kiss.
The rapper went further and emotionally related to Kenneth Abom’s death to what youths are going through. He said what the youths are facing should not be taken on a light note.
"If the boy (Kenneth) could be here today, he would have been taught a better way to deal with issues," said Octopizzo.
The rapper concluded with encouraging society to talk about suicide openly so that people can be helped when they find themselves in a similar situation.
