Mwala Sub County Police Commander Ronald Kirui has called on Bodaboda operators whose motorbikes were impounded years ago to fetch them from Masii police stations.
The police commander said that those that will not be picked will be auctioned in a bid to decongest the station.
Speaking on Friday the police boss i said that many of the motorbikes were impounded years go and the owners failed to make a follow-up.
"We have motorbikes which Bodaboda operators left for us. Some years back they saw police land cruiser approaching them and they escaped leaving the motorbikes. Come pick your bikes because there is no case, come with the logbook or receipt to prove ownership," said Kirui.
"If they are not picked the OCS will obtain a letter from court to allow him to auction the motorbikes because they have made the station be congested," he added.
He said that vehicles that were involved in accidents have been congesting the station since the station has limited space.
"Many of these cars don't have cases in court the owners should come and pick them as soon as possible," said the police boss.
