The MP was last Wednesday kicked out of the National Assembly after walking in with her 5-month old baby, which fellow members found out of order.

The MP, in her defence, said that she had encountered an emergency, but Nduko now argues that the fact that she had to bring her baby along could be proof of her bad conduct.

Speaking on Wednesday, he noted that it would have been expected that she finds a neighbour or friend to leave the bay with, otherwise, she is not a person relating well with others.

"For me, she is telling us she has a bad character. You want to tell me she has no friends or a neighbour she can leave the baby with?" he posed on KBC English Service's The Big Conversation.

He added that the house was right to suspend her alongside the baby, on grounds that the parliament is a house regulated by laws as per the constitution, and not open for trespass.

According to Nduko, only elected and nominated lawmakers and other staff are allowed in the house, with even the aides of members required to have an authorization card.

"This is a house of representatives. Even your aide needs a card to get in," added the American-trained Security Expert.

The incident was succeeded by a massive national outcry, especially from notable women leaders, who criticized her suspension from the legislative house.
