The Member of Parliament for Ol Jorok Michael Mwangi Muchira has said his community will keep the promise made to support the deputy president William Ruto in his 2022 presidential ambitions.
Speaking at Kipkorgot Uasin Gishu County during the launch of Living Room International Hospital on Tuesday Muchira said William Ruto will get 100 per cent votes from the region.
“We know where we started and I want to thank you, people, from the Rift valley for helping us, since 2013 we were joined and we are like conjoined twins and no one whatsoever can separate us and we will continue working together,” said the Ol Jorok MP.
“We people from Mt. Kenya are good people and we want to continue with Jubilee party because after president Uhuru Kenyatta completes his term we will support deputy president William Ruto since we love and we will support him,” added Muchira.
He called on the Kalenjin not to be divided but some few self-centred individuals to abandon the Jubilee Party urging them to stay in Jubilee Part and come 2022 Ruto will be Kenya’s president.
He further warned politicians from Mt Kenya saying that the region will support the deputy president William Ruto saying that is their opinion and not of the community.
