The government of Kenya is equally in darkness over Dr Miguna Miguna's tribulations and cannot tell why he's yet to arrive.
A state lawyer told the court on Wednesday that the government is expecting Dr Miguna to arrive but they are not sure why he has delayed.
According to Christopher Marwa, Miguna has not demonstrated how the government has denied him entry.
“Khaminwa (Miguna’s lawyer) has not said whether the Government has refused to allow Miguna Miguna back to the country,” Marwa told the court, according to Citizen Digital.
Dr Miguna Miguna was on Tuesday blocked by two airlines from travelling to the country despite the assurance by the government that all is well.
According to him, he has tried to gain entry by going through five European nations but his efforts have been fruitless.
"In the last 3 days Despot Uhuru Kenyatta has forced me to traverse 5 countries - Canada, Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland - in search of a PATHWAY to my village, Magina, in Kano Plains, Kenya, where my placenta was buried. I will be home no matter how long it takes," he claimed in a Facebook post.
The court had ordered the government to facilitate Dr Miguna Miguna's entry to the country, two years after he was forced out to Canada.
