In a recent interview with Tanzania's Dizzim TV, Khaligraph aka Papa Jones said Diamond is yet to release a song that can blend well with his style of music.

Khaligraph further criticised Diamond's collabo with American rapper Rick Ross, arguing that the song did not meet his expectations.

The rapper said that it would be good if Diamond can try to match his style for the two to come up with an international collabo.

"His sound is not what I expect, maybe that is his style but I prefer bringing him to my style of music. He did a song with Rick Ross but it was not enough for me, we should pull him to our side so that we can trap a little bit (Haja-nini hiyo sound...labda hiyo ndio style yake lakini mimi naeza taka kumvuta upande wangu kidogo. Walifanya na Rick Ross pale ivi lakini hiyo bado..nafeel tunataka kumleta huku tutrap kidogo.)," said Khaligraph.

Khaligraph's sentiments have elicited mixed reactions among fans, with some hitting out at the rapper for saying none of the bongo artist's songs has appealed to him.

Papa Jones was given a list of Tanzanian artistes including Ali Kiba, Jux, Vanessa Mdee and Diamond to pick who he would like to do a collabo with. He picked Diamond before he went further to state that none of the Tanzanian artist's songs could blend with his style.
