A man has agreed to forgive a woman he has been dating after she stormed his workplace and stripped naked if she manages to meet his conditions.
It's said that the woman, Dorcas Nduku, visited Samson Aketch at the Wilson Airport, where he works as an aeronautical college director and stripped naked.
Senior Resident Magistrate Renee Kitangwa heard that the accused visited the airport to see Aketch on July 3, but was infuriated when the security denied her access.
According to court documents, she stripped naked, remaining only in her underwear, as the police and security officers turned her away.
The court was also told on Tuesday that the accused caused disturbance and also shouted at the facility, with Aketch now offering to forgive her if she apologizes in writing.
He also said that she must never strip naked at Wilson Airport again.
The magistrate gave them time to agree on the way forward ahead of the next mentioning which was set for November 28.
Earlier, the accused was arraigned before Kibera Senior Principal Magistrate Derrick Ruto, where she pleaded not guilty, saying that Aketch had invited her.
The two were directed to get back to the court with a decision on the mentioning date.
