Wambui will have to wait longer to know her fate after Justice Stephen Radido issued the orders.

Wambui has, however, said that she is yet to receive papers from the court over the same.

Radido has since ordered Kenya Young Parliamentarian Association to present the papers to the complainant before the hearing of the case on November 14.

The lobby group filed a case before Justice Hellen Wasilwa seeking to block her from office.

The group argues that Wambui is unfit to serve in the office as per the National Employment Authority Act.

The team said that Wambui lacks the skills and experience of seven years to take over the duties following her appointment by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Through lawyer Duncan Akhulia, the activists argued that the nominee has pointed out on several occasions that she is not that educated and hence she cannot serve in this capacity.

The new development means Wambui has to wait until the ruling before she knows what to do next.
