Early this month, Governor John Nyagarama sacked all nine ministers even with the fact that their contracts are set to expire on November 3rd.

The list released by ad-hoc committee on Wednesday shows the names of all outgoing ministers included in Nyagarama's list and the entire team has yet another opportunity to defend themselves.

Among those in the list for consideration are Douglas Bosire, John Omanwa, Peter Muga, Gladys Momanyi, Johnstone Obike, Bernard Osumo among others.

Interestingly, outgoing County Secretary Eric Onchana has also been lined up for interviews for the appointment as lands and housing minister.

The list is also dominated by a host of former campaigners of Governor John Nyagarama or associates of his family members. Interview dates are yet to be released.

Governor Nyagarama is expecting the county assembly to vet the ministers alongside Chief Officers. For over one year, Nyagarama has been running the county without substantive Chief Officers.

The county boss is facing pressure from among residents who accuse his goverment of incompetence and embezzlement of funds, with the recent report by Auditor General also painting the county in bad light.

According to the report, Governor Nyagarama's administration could not account for millions of development money despite the fact that it was used.
