The Kenyan rapper maintains that the reports are false and he has no idea where they are coming from.

“I do not know where the false allegations have come from. I am well, and currently at home. From my tone in this call, you can tell on your end that everything is okay with me. (Laughs),” Prezzo told K24 Digital on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, a Ugandan Tabloid, xclusive.co.ug first published the story which was picked up by The Citizen from Tanzania on Wednesday.

The two media outlets indicated that Prezzo was allegedly drugged with cocaine and viagra before he was sexually assaulted by three women in Nairobi and is in the hospital recuperating.

Ruth Macharia, Vivian Mutheu and Patricia Nduta were listed by the tabloids as the women behind the incident, adding that they are being held at the Karen Police Station.

Prezzo has vowed to take action against the two media outlets saying they have tarnished his name.

"I will ensure I dig deep into these claims so that I find out who started peddling the falsehoods. Sections of the media in East Africa have been bent on tarnishing my name since 2004. It is time I take action against them," he stated.
