The judge who has been the architect and mover of the Sexual Offences Act 2006, was speaking at the Seasoned Woman Annual Family Barbeque, where she opened up about her experience in the hands of men who like touching women's body parts without a single permission.

She said she was then a first year student at the University of Nairobi, and since she was staying at Hall 12, she would come across these men any time she visited town's the Central Business District (CBD).

On the fateful day, Lady Justice Njoki said she had hatched a plan to hit back at any random man who would try to touch her on her way to town.

As expected, a man showed up and fondled her buttocks.

The vocal judge turned around and stretched her hand in preparation to grab the man's body part on a revenge mission.

Unfortunate to her, the man fled and she had to chase after him, which she did until an obstacle, a bus, made her to cancel the chase.

"I was going to catch him and touch him because I thought It's time that also these men who do this to us get to know how demeaning and humiliating it is to us, it is horrible to be touched by somebody you have not invited to touch you," she narrated in video shared on YouTube.

The event was also attended by other public figures including media personality Janet Mbugua, who later took to social media to recognize heroic women who had shown up at the event.
