Orange Democratic Movement (ODM)'s Director of Communications Philip Etale has castigated Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen after he was booed during the launch of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report at the Bomas of Kenya.
In a Facebook post, Etale said that Murkomen has been very bitter after he faced hostility from the leaders who attended the launch of the report.
He divulged that the Jubilee legislator has been throwing tantrums at everyone after his plan failed to work.
Etale noted that Murkomen wanted to test the patience of those who attended the event but they could not stomach him for the same.
He also reminded him that he had no reason to blame Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang’i and his PS Karanja Kibicho for the way he conducted himself during the event.
“Onesmus has been whining since he misbehaved at Bomas. He now calls the Honourable Kenyans who traveled to Bomas of Kenya from far and wide, goons. Okay, I saw very distinguished ladies and gentlemen seated at the auditorium and thousands of others in the overflow tents outside, I didn’t see any goon or hooligan amongst them. OKM chose to use abusive language to test the patience of the delegates, he was shut up,, Etale said in the Facebook post.
Drama started when the senator lamented that the program had been altered in such a manner that it only favoured the allies of ODM Leader Raila Amolo Odinga.
