Opposition leader Raila Odinga arrived on Tuesday at the County Hall to chair a Parliamentary Group meeting.
In a post on Facebook, ODM party reported about his arrival, saying that the meeting was designed to brainstorming issues, even though there was no clarification on what those issues are.
"PL H.E. Raila Odinga joins members of the ODM Parliamentary Group for a brainstorming meeting at County Hall in Parliament, " the post read.
Pictures shared by officials of the party show the ODM supremo sandwiched between John Mbadi and Junet Mohamed, both high ranking members of the party in the national assembly.
It was not immediately clear what the agenda of the discussions would be.
Those in attendance are ODM legislators.
Speculation has been rife that part of what is expected to be sprawling agenda will be the party's legislative agenda in the senate and the national assembly.
It also comes in the wake of the start of campaigning in the Kibra by-election which many expect to find itself in the agenda.
It is speculated that the overriding agenda of the meeting will be calling the ODM MPs to order to ensure that all party members are singing from the same hymn book.
The party has cultivated a reputation for aligning itself along the positions taken by its leader and errant members are subjected to disciplinary action.
