Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has addressed the rebellion that he has experienced from a section of the Ukambani leaders.
The leaders who have indicated that they do not support Kalonzo Musyoka include Governors Charity Ngilu, Kivutha Kibwana and Alfred Mutua who sided with Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga in the Kibra byelection.
The three leaders also failed to attend a meeting of Ukambani leaders that Kalonzo hosted at his home in Machakos despite some of them receiving the invitation.
Kalonzo however while speaking to Citizen TV metaphorically revealed that he is not worried about the rebellion.
"When a cow goes to drink water, it does not fear the noise of the frogs. There will be many frogs. I have answered you politically, And therefore the noise of the frogs will not prevent the cow from drinking water. And every person has a right to voice out and make noise the way they know. They may be successful, they may not be successful.
Kalonzo added that he advocates for political liberty where every person is free to issue their stand, citing that he cannot force some of the leaders to side with him.
