A female University of Nairobi (UoN) lecturer has been arrested after the decomposing body of her son was discowered in her hosue in South B, Nairobi County.
According to Nation reports, police found the body of the 13-year-old son wrapped in a blanket
Nairobi area police boss Philip Ndolo has said police discovered the body in the living room at on Wednesday evening at around 6pm
.“The suspect was in the house at the time. We are investigating the incident,” said Mr Ndolo as quoted by Nation.
Still in South B, another death case was reported about a month ago after ex-Treasury employee and her daughter were murdered in their home.
Police source said Judith Mwai, 73, and her daughter, Catherine Mwai, 47, were dropped at their home by a Toyota Land Cruiser in the evening before they were found dead in the following day.
Few days after the two had died, it was reported that a suspect made a call to police station and claimed to be the one who had killed the two.
"Nimeua. Sasa kujeni muniue (I have killed now come and kill me)," the caller said
The suspect caller voice as per the calls recording were said to be of a woman.
