The senator who also doubles up as a lawyer claimed the President will be judged harshly in case he allows himself to be dragged down and fail to serve Kenyans.

According to Orengo, Deputy President William Ruto and the divided Cabinet are the two major problems facing President Uhuru's performance in delivering Jubilee's Big 4 Agendas.

Senator Orengo, while speaking to KTN News’ Pointblank, cited that DP Ruto's ongoing campaigns for the 2022 general elections were heavily affecting President Uhuru's execution of his development agendas.

“The DP has made his ambitions of 2022 presidency clear, which is making it hard for him to serve the President,” Orengo stated during the interview on Pointblank.

He went ahead to point out that the division at the Cabinet which is the arm of the government responsible for executing policies, was also a major concern.

“Cabinet is dysfunctional. They are throwing stones at each other. The current one cannot work together to achieve Government’s agenda," Orengo stated.

He nonetheless commended the government for arresting and charging officials at the treasury who were accused of corruption.
