Controversial Tanzanian rapper Nay Wa Mitego has attacked Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai for allegedly misleading Bongo Flava musicians.
In his new distrack titled 'Ipo Sawa', the hard-hitting rapper names Tanzanian artists he believes are dying musically due to their association with the Kenyan politician and the businesswoman.
The artist claim that his countryman Ommy Dimpoz is fading musically after being confused by the wealthy lifestyle introduced to him by Mr Joho.
“001 boss from Kenya gifted Ommy Dimpoz a car that was initially Huddah's gift. (…001 boss toka Kenya gari ulilompa Dimpoz bro si ndio lile ulilomhonga Huddah),” one line in the song goes as reported by Nation.
Nay Wa Mitego goes on to lash at on RnB singer Ben Pol for associating himself with Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai.
The rapper alleges that Pol's character make him the lady in the relationship.
“He has gone after a banana peel and trashed music. He is married in Kenya and the only thing he does is side shows. (…Ganda la ndizi kalifuata Ben Pol kasahau muziki kaolewa 254, zimebaki mbwembwe tu kikweli mwana ameyumba),” Nay states in the track.
The song has caused a buzz in Tanzania as Nay Wa Mitego continues realising controversial songs.
