The power behind his anti-Uhuru attacks is thus centred on the fact that he enjoys wide support in his home-turf and has a good relationship with the majority of the leaders in Uasin Gishu.
He is pushed by the power behind DP Ruto’s allies to speak on behalf of them and respond to anti-Ruto attacks.
The legislator wants to stand out as a leader who has fought for DP Ruto in good and bad times since the DP is the regions political kingpin.
He feels that government officials from his region are being targeted in the government’s war against graft and as a result are used and dumped.
Thus, the government’s war on graft is pushing him to frequently criticize it.
He feels that the president has not yet fully committed himself to the friendship with DP Ruto. It remains unclear whether Uhuru will back the DP’s 2022 presidential ambitions.
The fearless lawmaker is being triggered by the fact that according to him, the handshake is being capitalized on by political nemesis to bring down DP Ruto.
