Uasin Gishu Woman Representative Gladys Boss Sholei has sacked her Personal Assistant.
In a post on her Facebook account on Sunday, the PA, Winnie Chepkoech claimed she had been sacked for paltry reasons.
Chepkoech, however, did not disclose the reasons as to why the Woman Rep had fired her.
She has been serving Shollei as her assistant since the August 2017 general elections.
"You brought me from nothing to something.firing me today on paltry reasons, unexpectedly was difficult to accept the news and but I am sure it's the beginning of new stepping stone.i wish you all the best in your political career (sic)," read part of Chepkoech's Facebook post.
"To my colleagues,friends and people of uasin gishu thank you for everything I have learnt alot; leadership, professionalism, humility and kindness,I learnt how to serve and deal with all kinds of people.i do appreciate gladys boss shollei for everything (sic)" she added.
Despite being fired, the youthful PA has pledged her loyalty, support and respect to the Woman Rep who is serving her first term in the National Parliament.
