It all started when the senator took to the podium and started criticizing Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohammed over the programme.  He said that the programme was biased.

"Mr President it will be allowed for me to leave this stage without saying this programme has been squeezed to leave out other people who have different opinions," he said before he was booed.

In his speech, Murkomen urged Kenyans to read the report before making their final decision on the same. The senator also lamented that there is a lack of political tolerance among Kenyans leaders.

On Tuesday, Murkomen urged ODM leader Raila Amolo Odinga to apologize before receiving the report.  He reiterated that Raila was to blame for the chaotic campaigns in Kibra during the by-election.

He, however, said that he is fully behind the report after the release contrary to his earlier stand.

" I support the BBI Report because 1. Its Presidents own report&largely reflects the views of Jubilee 2.Doesn’t require a referendum we’ll sort in Parliament 3.Subject to further discussion&review 4.contrary to earlier threats doesn’t amount to a Tsunami 5. Doesn’t overburden mwananchi," he said.

In the meantime, the report recommends for the creation of the post of the Prime Minister, two Deputy Prime Ministers and official opposition leader.
