Are you struggling with getting rid of dental plaques on your enamel? There are natural remedies that have proven to be effective and friendly in terms of cost.
There is a number of solutions to your problems as highlighted by Debra Rose Wilson, PhD, a critical care medicine specialist.
Below are some of the effective remedies for beating this embarrassing condition:
1. Aloe vera and glycerine
When mixed together, these two substances have antibacterial properties that can combat the bacteria causing discolouration of the teeth. Just ensure you have the following ingredients; a half cup of baking soda, one cup of water, one and four tablespoons of aloe vera gel and lemon essential oil respectively plus 4 tablespoons of vegetable glycerine. You only need to mix them.
Floss your teeth with the mixture until you see the dissipation of dental plaques. If they don't disappear, keep on brushing the teeth for some days with the mixture daily until you see a positive result.
2. Baking soda
You can give this a try if you think the other remedies don't work well. Take one tablespoon of baking soda and mix with a pinch of salt. Dip your wet toothbrush into the mixture and clean your teeth. Reiterate the process until you note a positive change.
3. Orange peels
Get some orange peels and rub them against your stained teeth. Due to their antibacterial properties, they can fight the microorganisms on your enamel. You can also pulverise the peels and dab them on the stained area. Allow the pulverised peels to rest for at least 10 minutes. Thereafter rinse your mouth.
