Jacque Maribe's former house help on Thursday told the court that she did not hear any gunshot, on the night that Joseph Irungu alias Jowie allegedly shot himself.
Pamela Kembo appeared as a witness in the murder case of Monica Kimani in which Jowie and Maribe are suspects.
According to Kembo, she woke up to find Jowie being rushed to hospital by Maribe with the help of Brian Kasaine, a neighbour.
She claimed Jowie was in the car and was bleeding.
"Brian was saying they can't take him to hospital without an ID. I then saw Jacque come from upstairs and followed Brian and the wife outside. Jowie was inside Maribe's car backseat with blood oozing from him," Kembo said as quoted by the Star.
"I never heard any gunshot on that night that Jowie allegedly shot himself," she added.
During her testimony, she said when she woke up, Jowie's clothes were downstairs, but did not understand how they got there.
According to her, Jowie and Maribe never had problems for the period she worked at the house.
Pamela was working as a house help at Terryanne Chebet's house for more than five years before working for Maribe.
She requested to resign after the incident.
