This follows a recent outburst between the two leaders.

Speaking on Thursday at Esanige grounds in Magwagwa ward, the MP expressed concerns over the manner in which the CS addressed the DP.

He said that as leaders, they need to respect each other as they are working under the same government.

"For us to deliver services to the people whom we are serving, we as leaders first we need to be in good terms, by so doing it will be easy to sit and allocate resources to the country. It's better we don't interchange words as this will bring about friction within ourselves. Let's take care of the words we may say amongst ourselves," said MP Nyamoko.

The Jubilee MP also called upon unity amongst all parties that constitute to a government at large, more so, to ensure that ongoing fight against corruption is successful.

He said that the fight against corruption will only be put to an end when there is unity in all parties including the common citizens.

"I also request you my fellow Kenyans to cooperate with the government as we are putting more efforts to ensure the war against corruption is successful. This will only be achieved when we relate positively to the government," Nyamoko said.
