If yes, then,  you have a low self-esteem. This is is not permanent as you can always beat it and emerge stronger in the end.

A reputable life coach Deborah Khoshaba of The Psychologies Magazine talks about bringing back the feeling of self-worth.

If you ever find yourself in this mix, there are several things you can do to get it back as outlined below:

1. Create your own life

To build your self-worth, you must start feeling adequately sufficient in your life. You must feel that being yourself is enough and you do not require the approval of other people so that you can develop or grow.

2. Let go

Deborah notes that low self-esteem is sometimes caused by the feeling that you are let down when you do not get want you think you should have.

Therefore, in order to develop the self-esteem, you must let go of those other things that you think are important and start building your life on what you already have.

3. Be compassionate about yourself

This means that you have to start accepting yourself for who you are and what you are doing. Show yourself much love, bring out the happiness in you and avoid bitter thoughts towards yourself. There is no better dreamer than yourself.

4. Stop judging

Do not look at life in a judgmental way, be neutral. After all, nobody is perfect. Always try to be patient with surroundings so that you don't get yourself retreating when other people are having fun.
