Uasin Gishu billionaire businessman cum politician Zedekiah Bundotich alias Buzeki has taken a swipe at the ruling Jubilee Party.
In a tweet on Sunday, Buzeki accused the Jubilee Party for trying to introduce socialism in Kenya where succession politics of a country is within one party.
The system is widely used by the Communist party of China.
The former Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant, however, says the idea has failed terribly as Kenya is a democratic country.
"JUBILEE tried to INTRODUCE SOCIALISM to Kenya BY borrowing a leaf from the COMMUNIST party of CHINA. CREATE one BIG JUBILEE where POLITICAL cronies succeed EACH other on the QUE, IMEANGUKA VIBAYA !! Kenya is a DEMOCRACY and Will REMAIN. Loyalty is to SERVICE Not INDIVIDUALs," tweeted Buzeki.
The Jubilee party was formed in the run-up to the 2017 general elections were smaller affiliate parties were folded.
Buzeki's sentiments, however, comes amid alleged fallout between President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP Ruto ahead of the 2022 general elections.
DP Ruto's allies who form part of Jubilee faction Tangatanga have on several occasions blamed the famous handshake between Uhuru and ODM leader Raila Odinga as a way to neutralize Ruto's State House bid.
Buzeki has of late been 'attacking' the government after he ditched Jubilee Party citing frustrations from DP Ruto's allies where he joined former Bomet governor Isaack Rutto's Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM).
