Most people believe that confidence is something one is born with it, but how true is this?
Sometimes one might be raised with confidence, but as time passes, the person becomes shy with almost no bits of confidence in him or her.
On the hand, a person's confidence can be raised and maintained, or even grown to higher levels. It is therefore good that you understand how to grow or maintain your confidence by knowing and avoiding all the hindrances.
Here are some day to day things that might be killing your confidence slowly:
This is basically comparing yourself to what you see on social media, to what your schoolmates are posting on Facebook, that makes you feel you below the standards they have set. Set your own. Don't compare yourself to that of your next friend or celeb on social media.
2. Staying on your phone all the time, including during meals
While using your phone during meal and conversations is rude, it also shows you do not have confidence in yourself. Giving someone attention in a conversation also proves you got confidence.
When you overthink so much and end up with negative results, or rather you do not get the answer for what you overthought for, your confidence will drop.
