Ruto will on Sunday night join journalist Anne Kiguta on K24 television for the gloves-off-interview, that is expected to take place in a boxing ring setting.

Confirming the same, Kiguta who is just joining the station from the rival Citizen TV expressed her excitement ahead of the 'boxing match' urging her fans to look forward to a great show.

"I'm extremely excited to be back on TV and thank you for the warm welcome. This Sunday from 9 pm, take a seat ringside and watch me take on a political heavyweight like no other," said the celebrated TV host.

She added that the interview which will be held under her new 'punchline' show will as well be inclusive and viewers will be free to air their views and pose questions to the subject.

Kiguta says that no issue raised will be left unanswered, in the showdown that Kenyans are already waiting for, considering that it is coming at a time when politics in the country are hitting the ceiling.

"Our audience has also been invited to pose questions directly to him. And to be frank, with me nothing is off the table," she added.

Consequently, the fans have since taken to social media to suggest questions, among them the ongoing infighting within the Jubilee Party where he is the Deputy Party Leader.
