1. Go back to "why"

Do you feel tired, hopeless and demotivated about that thing you need to achieve? Ask yourself why you are bothering in the first place. If you can't figure out why you need that thing in your life then there are chances you will quit. 

2. Deconstruct your fears

Scrap off your fears and doubts about the success of your projects. Hidden fears and anxieties can destruct you from getting real work done. Make yourself confident by isolating the unknowns and believe you can do it. 

3. Seek out opportunities

You can motivate yourself by seeking out opportunities and seizing them whenever they occur. Seeking out opportunities would give you a reason to achieve and a reason and composure to tackle what has come your way.

Obviously, there are setbacks everywhere and be sure to come across them. What you need to do is deal with them wisely; Face them and continue to pursue your goals despite. Do not be afraid of obstacles. 

5. Celebrate your wins

Start acknowledging all the goods you are doing. It is hard to stay motivated. Therefore, if you do a thing successfully, celebrate yourself for it. Once you get used to celebrating your wins, you will always want to win.
