Speaking in Wote town on Wednesday, Kibwana dared Kalonzo and Makueni MP Daniel Maanzo to push for his ouster.

He said that he is ready for a by-election if Wiper's leadership decides to kick him out of the party leadership.

“The likes of Maanzo and his boss (Musyoka) are specializing in threats. Why can’t you oust me and ask for a by-election?” posed Kibwana, as quoted by Capital FM.

Kibwana said that Kalonzo is no longer relevant in the political arena, adding that time has come for him to retire from politics before he is humiliated.

Kibwana reacted to Maanzo’s remarks that he was working with Deputy President William Ruto as he seeks to rise to power.

He said that he is not afraid of a by-election if that is the only way he can deliver the people of Ukambani from their political oppressors.

“I am not afraid of being removed from the party. I’m ready for a by-election. Tell whoever has sent you that wiper has weakened in Makueni and by 2022 it will be nowhere,” he said
