Being single can be fun as one has the freedom of spending their money and time without being answerable to anyone.
However, friends and relatives are always there watching as they wonder what plans you have for settling down. They tend to ask sarcastic and rhetoric questions, and even offer unsolicited advice which can be annoying.
Here the common questions that single people always want you to keep to yourself:
1. When was your last relationship? Single people never answer this question genuinely because they view it as a trick question. Saying you broke up with your girlfriend/ boyfriend a long time ago might sound as if you are struggling to get another partner while saying you broke up in the recent past might make you sound like you are not a serious person.
2. Are you dating? This is another common question which single people find annoying. You don't have to keep announcing your relationship status everytime you meet your family members.
3. Don’t you want to have kids someday? This is an annoying question, especially to a single woman. In most cases, no one chooses to be single. Pressuring a single person by asking whether they wish to have kids or not will only worsen the situation.
4. Tell me about single life? This is an irritating question that is commonly asked by friends who are married but are still curious about your life and have nothing important to ask concerning your personal life.
5. Do you feel lonely? This question is commonly asked by family members or friends who are much concerned about your dating life. This is very much annoying because you are single not dying!
6. What happened between you and your ex? I don’t care or I don’t know is the answer you will get as a response from a single person because it sucks to blow up the bad memories you got over.
